Dr. Axel Arlt

Dr. Axel Arlt has been part of the team at the Rosenpark Clinic since 2004. He has specialised in plastic and aesthetic facial surgery for many years, and today works exclusively in the area of the face. His key areas are, in particular, nasal surgery and face lift surgery.

After studying medicine at the Medical Faculty of the Ruhr University, Bochum and gaining his licence to practise medicine in 1991, he first passed through specialist training for ear nose and throat medicine. After which, he was appointed as a senior physician in the University ENT Clinic and in his 6 year period of further training he acquired additional qualifications in plastic operations, special ENT surgery and allergology. During several residences abroad, he studied further with internationally recognised authorities on facial surgery in the USA, Switzerland and Spain. Finally, he passed through a second specialist training to be a plastic surgeon. Therefore, he is one of the very few specialists in Germany with double specialist training in plastic surgery and ENT.

Due to his many years of experience and specialisation, he is today one of the national and international experts on nasal and facial surgery, and is much in demand as a lecturer and surgeon at conferences and on operation courses.
