For this purpose, hyaluronic acid is placed deep under the lip muscle where it can be easily distributed and shaped. In this way, the lips are stabilized from underneath – for natural volume without appearing "inflated".
The lip vermilion (red portion of the lips) generally becomes brighter as a result of the treatment and stands out more from the white upper and lower lip areas. If the lips are particularly pale, they can be rejuvenated with a finely cross-linked hyaluronic acid preparation. Soft hyaluronic acid material applied very superficially in cannula technique results in a smooth texture of the lip skin.

Essentially immediately. The treatment is performed on an outpatient basis and lasts 15 to 30 minutes. Swelling is normal and completely disappears on its own within two or three days. The injection sites close after one to two hours and can be covered with a gentle cosmetic preparation before you return home. Any small bruises on the lip vermilion can be concealed with lipstick.
